Buffalo Bill
Buffalo Bill opened his shop in 1995. It was the
second oldest shop in Modesto. He is a member of the
National Tattoo Association. He has decided to retire
his shop so he can tattoo and go on bike runs when he wants
to go. He has decided to come and work with us here at
Dos Changos Locos.
